Can I see a cosmetic filler injector (doctor, dentist etc) for this to save money?

It is best to see a Plastic Surgeon or Urologist who is experienced in penis enlargement for this procedure.
Unless the filler is injected into the correct layer of the penis the result will be poor.
A correct understanding of the penis anatomy will avoid any damage to the penis, and ensure the filler is injected in a sufficiently deep layer (deep to the Dartos fascia).
