Ensure the filler you receive is genuine.
However, we have noticed an increase in the number of UK clinics selling filler at a price below the genuine filler’s wholesale price.
For example, a doctor offering 10 ml of Voluma for £1,200.
This is unlikely to be genuine Voluma filler.
Brand name counterfeit filler arrives in the UK unchallenged by authorities.
There is little regulation of the procurement or use of Hyaluronic acid fillers in the UK.
An example of how easy it is for doctors or clinic managers to save up to 80% on the cost of their fillers.
Recently Androfill was contacted with an offer to buy Voluma filler at roughly 80% off the normal retail price.
Response from Allergan UK, manufacturer of the genuine Voluma and Volux products.

Why not ask your doctor to see the box of filler you are getting.
If your filler doesn’t look like the photos below, then it is probably not genuine.
- Note pharmacist signature.
- Tracking details on side photo and enclosed packet.
- Ideally, they should match.
- In this case, we kept box Lot 700040 sealed, and the photographed packet is from another box, Lot 60550.
- Blue grey tip (not yellow or any other colour).
Androfill filler has the stamp of the doctors’ dispensary.
A pharmacist has signed the box assuring us of the filler’s authenticity.
The filler can be tracked back to the manufacturer.
