Body fat as a filler. Fat surgically transferred to the penis generally lasts around 12 months before the body reabsorbs most of it.

FAT TRANSFER
Fat Transfer Surgery £5,800
Fat can be transferred to the penis instead of dermal filler.
A small amount of fat may survive permanently, most will reabsorb in 12 months.
Filler Performance
Fat to be transferred to the penis.
Benefits:
- Although most of the fat will reabsorb in 9 to 12 months, some of the fat will last a long time, particularly hard lumps of necrotic fat.
- Liposuction is included in this procedure enabling you to remove a small amount of fat from an unwanted area.
- Commonly included free as part of Length Plus Girth surgery.
Downsides:
- As there is no fat in the human penis, to begin with, fat does not reliably revascularize/form a new blood supply to survive.
- Fat transfer can leave areas of the penis where fat has survived and places where it has not, causing some unevenness.
- Patients sometimes describe a layer of fat surrounding the erection as feeling soft or ‘fatty’.
- A patient will likely need 4 or 5 fat transfer surgery Top-Ups over several years to maintain the level of fat in the penis and smooth out any irregularities.
Summary:
Fat transfer to the penis is an outdated procedure with patients typically complaining that the texture of fat is too soft / ‘fatty’ and that the majority of fat has disappeared within 12 months. Fat does not naturally exist in the penis, as the penis needs to be as hard as possible during sex, rather than surrounded by a layer of fat.

Permanent size increase – Neocollagenesis
Medical studies suggest that HA fillers stimulate the production of a small amount of new collagen in a similar way to Ellanse filler (but to a lesser degree).
Any permanent girth gain caused by new collagen will slightly lower the amount of filler required in subsequent procedures.
We are not able to reliably predict the exact amount of new permanent penis girth gain stimulated by the procedure.

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance made by the body.
H.A. fillers are generally very safe (used commonly in the lips and face), and have a low complication rate.
H.A. fillers are biocompatible and can be dissolved away (reversing the procedure if necessary).
Hyaluronic acid fillers are safe and effective for penis augmentation.
Ellansé filler
(Higher Risk)
Ellansé is a polyester comprised of Polycaprolactone microspheres.
Ellansé encourages the production of new collagen. It is biodegradable and slowly leaves the body over a number of years as it breaks down.
Once Ellansé is injected, it cannot be dissolved away or altered, which makes it higher risk than HA.
