FirmTech Smart Erection Rings

For decades, men’s sexual health has lived in the dark — diagnosed by guesswork, treated with one-size-fits-all pills, and rarely tracked the way we track every other vital sign. FirmTech is changing that.

FirmTech app showing erectile fitness data

Track & Manage Your Erectile Fitness

The TechRing is the world’s first wearable that measures erectile activity during sex and sleep, then turns that data into your personal Erectile Fitness Score (EFS) — a window into both your sexual and vascular health.

Worn discreetly, it gives you (and your doctor) something men have never had before: hard data on what’s working, what isn’t, and how lifestyle changes are paying off.

  • Track erectile performance over time
  • Understand the effects of medication and lifestyle
  • Help inform a more accurate medical diagnosis
  • A long-term, cost-effective aid in managing ED

Praised by leading urologists

FirmTech isn’t just a consumer gadget — it’s a clinical tool used by some of the most respected urologists in the country.

“This is a great invention. You can give drug X, you can give drug Y, you can give testosterone, and look at the before and after on the FirmTech app. It gives you wonderful data on how well that therapy is improving their lives.”
— Dr. Mohit Khera, M.D., M.B.A., M.P.H. — former president of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America

“Real-time, at-home recording of erectile activity is highly innovative and has the potential to revolutionize the management of men’s sexual health — and in a broader sense, general vascular health.”
— Dr. John Mulhall, MD MSc FECSM FACS FRCSI

Built for performance and pleasure

The TechRing pulls double duty. It’s a high-quality erection ring that 95% of men can wear comfortably for hours — and a medical-grade tracker working quietly in the background.

  • Comfortable fit — wear for hours thanks to soft, body-safe materials
  • Splash-proof & lube-compatible with water-based lubricants
  • Fits 95% of men, with a patented hook-and-loop adjustment
  • 8–10 hours of battery life — easily covers an overnight recording
  • Cost-effective compared to long-term ED medications

How to wear it

Putting it on takes about 5 seconds once you’ve done it a few times. Here’s the quick version:

Unhook it. The ring arrives hooked up — just take the loop off the hook.
Get into the ring. Stretch the loop and drop your balls inside.
Hook it up. Bring the hook and loop around to meet, and latch.
Tighten (optional). Pull through the hook or add a twist. Loosen before sleep.

The bottom line

You wouldn’t ignore your blood pressure or your resting heart rate. Your erectile fitness deserves the same attention — and it’s a leading indicator of your overall vascular health.

FirmTech makes it possible to actually see what’s going on, instead of guessing.

See the full lineup, read the science, and find the right ring for you.
