Non-surgical girth enhancement with hyaluronic acid dermal filler, injected under local anaesthetic (dorsal penile nerve block). Filler increases erect and flaccid girth and flaccid length; it does not increase erect length. Hyaluronic acid filler is reversible with hyaluronidase.
