Penis Enlargement Before and After

This patient received 31 ml across three separate visits, building the result in stages rather than in one sitting. Erect circumference went from 5.5″ to 7.0″ at the base and 6.75″ mid-shaft — a gain of roughly 1.25 to 1.5 inches, or 28%, on a penis that was already above average in length.

He also did an unusually good job of molding the filler himself in the days after treatment, producing a smooth result with a slight taper toward the glans. Patients can shape the filler to their preference in the first few days, either evenly along the shaft or weighted toward the base. Left alone, the physician distributes it evenly by default.

Some swelling may still be present during the first month, so the settled result is usually slightly less than the earliest photographs suggest.

A single 10 ml treatment of Teoxane Ultra Deep took circumference from 12.5 cm to 14 cm — 4.9″ to 5.5″, a gain of 1.5 cm (0.6″), or 12%. These photographs are flaccid — flaccid and erect gains are not the same number. Some residual swelling may still be present at this stage.

As a planning figure, expect roughly 0.5″ of circumference, or about 10%, per 10 ml, varying with your starting length.

A small procedure — 8 ml of Voluma, injected flaccid with a 27G needle. Erect length is 6.0″. Erect girth went from 4.9″ to 5.5″ — a gain of 0.6″, or 12%.

This patient is circumcised, which is worth noting because it is a common question: circumcision is not a barrier to the procedure, and in his case the added girth took up some of the loose skin.

“I thought I’d give you an update — healing well, swelling and bruising reducing fairly quickly. I’m a bit sore at the base of the penis; I didn’t have any swelling or bruising there.

As things stand, I have gained approx. half an inch in girth.

Measured at two points. At the top of the shaft he went from 5.1″ to 5.6″; at mid-shaft, from 5.6″ to 6.2″. Filler distributes along the whole shaft, so the gain is not identical at every point.

This patient’s penis measures 8 inches (20.3 cm) in length, which is unusually long — and that is precisely why his percentage gain sits at the lower end. The same 10 ml spread over a longer shaft produces a smaller proportional increase. A shorter penis would show a noticeably bigger change from the identical dose.

This is the single most useful thing to understand before choosing a volume, and it is why our size increase estimator asks for your length before projecting a result.

The after photographs were taken at least two weeks post-procedure, so swelling had resolved and is not inflating the gain.

Just 10 ml of Juvéderm Volux took erect circumference from 5.0″ to 5.8″ — a gain of 0.8″, or 16%, from a single small treatment.

Some swelling from the procedure may remain in these photographs, because the gain from 10 ml here is greater than we would typically expect. Once that subsides the result is likely to settle around 5.5″, which is still a genuine half-inch gain.

The patient below had only the lower 2/3 of the penis shaft treated. The upper portion was left untreated at the patient’s request.

In total, 1.0 inch of additional circumference (thickness) is added to the lower section treated with Androfill (+20% girth).

All patients benefit from increased girth in the flaccid and erect state.

Repeat treatment — March 2016

The patient in the above photos subsequently returned for an additional 18 ml of filler (Voluma) to add to the size increase he had already achieved.

The entire length is now filled, and the patient has increased his girth to 7.2 inches in circumference when flaccid.

The after photo is taken 2 days after the filler treatment. The patient is displaying more bruising than is typical and swelling may take up to 1 month to subside fully.

The patient’s starting flaccid girth was 5.1 inches; the patient has increased this girth by 40% to over 7.0 inches.

The increase in girth in the photograph above may be accentuated a little by swelling at this early stage. The patient will provide photographs of his final result in 2–3 months’ time.

In any subsequent enlargement, the filler will likely be placed in the area from the base of the penis to 4/5 of the way down the shaft to create a slightly tapered result for functional purposes.

It is difficult to increase the girth of the penis to this degree by using the fat transfer method. In a fat transfer, the initial result is impressive, but most of the fat will be reabsorbed in a few months’ time.

Update — July 2016, 9 months after the first procedure

“All going well, I’m still chuffed with the result. 30 ml in total now for a gain to 6.6 / 6.7 on a good day, starting was around 5 inches. My wife loves it.”

The photos above were taken 2 days following the procedure, with swelling and bruising still evident.

The photos below are 8 months after the initial procedure and show the ‘final’ result. Given the thickness attained, the patient has requested a slightly tapered result from base to glans. Patients can opt for an even increase in size along the length of the shaft or some tapering if they prefer. The head of the penis (glans) can also be enlarged using a thinner filler product.

The injection points will have healed in a few minutes, before the patient leaves the clinic.

A returning patient requested additional filler at the base of the penis, to match the increased size achieved by injections to the rest of the shaft.

In the before photo, an indent is visible (this area of the shaft has been under-filled with injections). In the after photo, more filler has been added so that the base area is slightly wider than the rest of the penile shaft. The patient will mould the filler to smooth out any irregularities during the week following the procedure.

In the after photo, a number of small red marks from the injection of filler are still evident. Within 1–2 minutes, the incision points will begin to heal, and the bleeding will stop well before the patient leaves the clinic. No stitches are required.
