Elongating Circular Corporoplasty is the name of the penis enlargement operation designed to lengthen the actual shaft of the penis.

In order to achieve a true increase in penis length, the glans (head) of the penis is partially detached from the shaft.

The neurovascular bundles which connect to the penis glans are kept in place, and new tissue is grafted into gaps created along the middle of the penile shaft.

The NVBs are somewhat elastic and can stretch (lengthen) as much as 2 inches, allowing new tissue to be added to the penile shaft.

Information for your VIP patients about Elongating Circular Corporoplasty (ECC).

The fact is that ЕСС is very technically complex, requires a difficult period of rehabilitation and is accompanied by the risk of complications.

ECC is recommended if the penis is uncircumcised because the circumcised penis will have no skin on the penile shaft after cavernous bodies elongation.

After the ECC, the patient has to start using a vacuum pump and extender every day to stretch the cavernous tissue, as the grafts are soft and contract.

Therefore, motivated young patients who can perform long-term stretching can proceed with the operation.

The pump should be used not less than 6-12 months and even more, in case complication occurs.

Among complications, there can be hematoma, infection, penile contracture, and erectile dysfunction (ED).

If a man wants to lengthen his penis and has a risk of ED developing or it is already present, I recommend combining the corporoplasty with the implantation of semi-rigid prostheses to obtain the necessary penile rigidity to prevent graft contraction.

Penis elongation is achieved immediately to the maximum, and in the future, a pump and an extender will not be needed.

The penile implant, accompanied by regular sex for 1.5-2 years, will additionally stretch the penis from the inside.

In the future, replacing the semi-rigid implant with an inflatable 3-component one is recommended.

If desired, patients can perform longitudinal corporoplasty with grafting to increase the penile thickness.
