Technique
Ultrasound-guided precision
Androfill is one of very few clinics in the world to offer ultrasound-guided penis filler. Using the Esaote MyLab A50 medical-grade ultrasound system, our clinicians visualise anatomy in real time, map blood vessels with Doppler imaging and monitor filler placement as it happens.
This allows filler to be placed in the correct anatomical layer with confidence, reduces the risk of vascular or nerve injury, and supports even, symmetrical distribution, verified by ultrasound before you leave the clinic.

CQC-registered hospital setting
All Androfill procedures take place at Harley Health Village, 64 Harley Street, a CQC-registered private hospital, not a rented consulting room or aesthetic clinic. This means clinical governance, sterile facilities, emergency equipment on site and regulatory oversight.
Our doctors are GMC-registered, carry medical indemnity insurance that specifically covers penile augmentation, and their registration numbers are published on this website for anyone to verify.
Hyaluronic acid only, safe and reversible
Androfill uses only hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, the same class of substance used in millions of facial filler procedures worldwide. HA is biocompatible, absorbed by the body over time and reversible with hyaluronidase. We do not use permanent fillers, silicone or experimental substances.
